Intellectual Property Protection Policy
All design elements of the Website, https://necca.gov.gr/ (the “Website”), including text, graphics, logos, marks, images, videos, the selection and arrangement thereof—all constituting the “Content” of this Website—are the intellectual and industrial property of the Agency. They are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek, EU, and international law concerning intellectual and industrial property rights and constitute Intellectual Property Rights. The Agency has also registered its indications as trademarks, and no one is permitted to use them without the prior written consent of the Agency.
The composition of the content and the layout of its elements contained on the Website at any time are exclusively owned by the Agency and protected by the relevant provisions of Greek, EU, and international law. The Agency and/or its licensors expressly reserve all intellectual and industrial property rights in all elements of the Website’s content.
Subject to the above, the user undertakes not to create any derivative works based on the Website’s content, nor to copy, reproduce, republish, reissue, upload, modify, transmit, sell, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, the Website’s content or any related software; not to index it, frame it within another website, link directly to internal pages of the Website from another site, copy the site onto another server to create a mirror, mislead third parties as to the origin of any content element of the Website, or grant rights to third parties in respect of the Website, without the prior explicit written consent of the Agency. The creation and/or publication of a database containing substantial parts of the Website is also prohibited without the prior explicit consent of the Agency.
By using the Website, users unreservedly accept, agree, and commit to lawful and appropriate use of the Website, especially in accordance with the terms set out above. Accordingly, users agree, including but not limited to, not using the Website to transmit or gain access to content that infringes any intellectual or industrial property rights of third parties or the Agency.
