All foreign citizens wishing to visit the Evros Delta National Park for ecotourism and birdwatching must obtain an entry permit for the Military Zone issued by the Hellenic Police and the Hellenic Army.
As the procedure for issuing the entry permit is time-consuming, all foreign citizens planning to visit the Evros Delta National Park are requested to contact the Management Unit at mdpp.evros-dadia@necca.gov.gr to receive further instructions.
With the integration in Natural Environment and Climate Change Agency (NECCA) of the Management Body of Evros Delta and Samothraki Protected Areas and the Dadia–Lefkimi–Soufli Forest National Park Management Body, the Management Unit of Evros Delta and Dadia National Parks operates under N.E.C.C.A.’s Protected Areas Management Directorate (Sector A), based in Alexandroupolis with a branch office in Dadia.
