Natural Environment & Climate Change Agency (N.E.C.C.A.) is the sole successor of the National Center for Environment and Sustainable Development (NCESD).

N.E.C.C.A aims to implement the policy formulated by the MEEN for the management of protected areas, biodiversity conservation, promotion and implementation of sustainable development actions and climate change mitigation.
